Alex is a certified food safety and quality auditor through the American Society for Quality and performs third party audits. He has 12 years of experience as a food safety professional, serving as a quality assurance supervisor, a quality assurance manager, and a food safety coordinator. Alex graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014 with a Food Science degree. Alex is a recipient of the "Above and Beyond" award from Kerry in 2018, a "Food Safety Superhero" award from Dairy Management Inc. in 2024, and the "Wisconsin Laboratorian of the Year" in 2025 from the Wisconsin Laboratory Association.
