Video profile | Ayushi joined CDR in August 2024 as a Postdoctoral Researcher on the Dairy Products & Processing Team (DPPT). She completed her PhD at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, India. At CDR, Ayushi’s research focuses on understanding the rheology of high-lactose whey powders and the purification of lactic acid produced from the fermentation of dairy coproducts. She collaborates closely with CDR staff and graduate students on these projects.
