As a research intern in the CDR Sensory program, Ben leads descriptive panels and screening sessions and assists in consumer panel and shelf life studies. He also assists with data analysis and processing and preparing samples for sensory panels. Ben started working for CDR as an undergraduate student, working part time as a descriptive panelist and a sensory technician. He graduated from UW-Madison with a degree in food science.
