David works directly with CDR clients to provide technical assistance in the process development and optimization of dairy co-product processing streams. As a client-based researcher, he provides end-to-end project management and program support for both grant-funded and industry research initiatives. David previously worked in cGMP biomanufacturing as a project manager and scientist with an emphasis on upstream/downstream processing of microbial-based drug products. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve as a combat medic and has a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from UW-Madison.
