Video profile | Jeremy has 25 years of food manufacturing experience in food safety/quality and operations management. He has worked with American, Italian, and processed cheeses, as well as dairy products, low acid canned foods, acidified foods, frozen foods, and animal food. He earned an undergraduate degree in food science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. At CDR, Jeremy manages day-to-day operations of CDR's licensed pilot plant working closely with staff to schedule trials and ensure that equipment and processes are operating efficiently.
