Mike grew up on a dairy farm in Dunn County (Wisconsin) and has spent his entire career in the dairy industry. Mike’s experience includes five years at Hilmar Cheese Company in California prior to filling multiple leadership roles with Trega Foods/Agropur for nearly 27 years where he effectively led teams to utilize key performance indicators to identify opportunities and improve operational and financial performance. His broad experience with operations, quality, sales, business expansion planning, and the overall dairy business allows Mike to provide guidance and support on a variety of issues.
